Member Platform BCF
The Member Platform BCF is the central online environment for clubs, athletes, coaches, and parents.
Through the platform, clubs can manage their member administration, teams, insurance claims, and registrations for activities. Athletes, coaches, and parents can manage their personal information, access documents, view payments, and follow up on insurance claims.

For Clubs
Clubs use the Member Platform to:
- Manage club information
- Register and manage members
- Create and manage teams
- Submit and follow up insurance claims
- Manage registrations for activities, courses, and events
- Access invoices, payments, and documents
For Athletes, Coaches, and Parents
Athletes, coaches, and parents use the Member Platform to:
- Manage personal information
- Follow their membership status
- View teams
- Access documents
- Follow payments
- Manage registrations
- Follow up on insurance claims

Important Information
Clubs have one club account. Access can be shared internally with the individuals responsible for member administration.
Athletes also have one personal account. For minor athletes, parents log in using their child's account. No separate parent account is linked.
For courses and skills days, clubs and athletes may decide who completes the registration. Please discuss this within your club beforehand.
For competitions and multi-day events, registration can only be completed by the club.
