Is there any sport that captures the imagination more?
Yells echoing from the athletic field to lead the team to victory, rousing music, tight pom choreographies full of visual effects, formation changes, popping, locking, groovy moves, athletes flying through the air, pyramids being built, tucks, flik flaks,.... Your eyes don't know where to look first. They seem tireless and everything is performed with a beautiful smile and a fantastic look.

All of this is cheerleading, Team Cheer, Pomdance and Hip Hop. It is an incredibly challenging sport with many different elements that you can't live without after the first practice.

With the BCF we took up the challenge in 2009 to put this sport on the map in Belgium and to share the "cheermicrobe" as much as possible.
