Athlete Tracks Level UP

Workshops for athletes are organised based on age, experience, and competition level. This ensures that every participant trains in an environment that matches their development and technical needs.

Each track focuses on practical workshops, technical progressions, and safe skill execution. The final workshop schedule, instructors, and timetable will be announced at a later date.

Primary - Beginner & Novice & Intermediate Track

Ages 8–13

The Primary Track is designed for young athletes who want to further develop their fundamental skills in a positive, safe, and motivating learning environment.

Workshops focus on fundamental techniques, teamwork within a stunt group, and the correct progression of new skills. Emphasis is placed on clear progressions, body control, confidence, and enjoying the learning process.

Youth - Beginner & Novice Track

Ages 11–15

The Youth Fundamentals track is aimed at athletes who want to strengthen their technical foundation and prepare for the next step in their cheerleading journey.

Workshops build on the fundamental skills required for safe and sustainable development. Athletes learn how to perform, refine, and apply techniques correctly within their own stunt group.

Youth - Intermediate & Median Track

Ages 11–15

The Youth Progress track is intended for athletes who already have a solid technical foundation and compete at a higher level.

This track builds on existing skills with a focus on more advanced progressions, technical refinement, safe execution, and developing greater control and independence within a stunt group.

Junior & Senior Tracks

Ages 14 and above

Junior and senior athletes are grouped according to their competition level, ensuring that workshops best match the skills, experience, and goals of each participant.

  • Premier

Within each level group, workshops are tailored to the athletes' competition level and objectives, giving every participant the opportunity to continue developing in a safe and challenging environment.

Junior & Senior - Development Track

The Development Track focuses on the athlete's personal development. Alongside technical skills, mental resilience, teamwork, and a healthy sporting environment are essential for long-term growth within the sport of cheerleading.

These sessions cover topics that help athletes become stronger both on and off the training floor.

The Development Track can be attended individually. For the technical tracks, athletes must register and participate with their own partner stunt or group stunt. The organisation does not assign or create stunt groups.
