Skills day 1 - Wallonia
Do you want to improve your stunt techniques or are you ready to learn new skills? Then the BCF Skills Day is exactly what you're looking for!
During this training day, you'll work in small stunt groups under the guidance of experienced BCF coaches. The focus is on technique, safety, progressions, and drills, allowing each group to develop at its own level.
This Skills Day is open to athletes of all ages and levels, from Novice (Level 0) to Advanced (Level 4).

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
During this Skills Day, you'll work with experienced BCF coaches on:
- Correct stunt techniques
- Safe progressions
- Learning new skills
- Drills to help you progress faster
- Personal feedback for your stunt group
Each stunt group receives coaching tailored to its own level.
WHO IS IT FOR?
This Skills Day is intended for:
- Primary, Youth, Junior, and Senior athletes
- Athletes looking to improve their stunt skills from Novice (Level 1) through Advanced (Level 4)
- Clubs that want to focus on technique, safety, and new progressions
Training takes place in stunt groups, so participation is only possible if you are part of a complete stunt group.
A stunt group consists of:
- 2 bases
- 1 backspot
- 1 flyer
- Optional: 1 frontspot or an additional base
Coaches are also warmly welcome to observe the sessions and gain inspiration.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum birth year: 2019
- BCF membership through the BCF membership platform
REGISTRATION
Registration takes place via the BCF membership platform.
To participate, every member of your stunt group must register individually through the platform. There are two ways to register:
- Individually via the BCF membership platform
- Through your club via the BCF membership platform
Please coordinate with your club in advance to determine whether registration will be handled centrally by the club or individually by each participant.
Registration deadline: 9 October 2026
Please note: Participation is limited to 130 athletes. Registration will close once the maximum number of participants has been reached.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend, the following conditions apply:
- Up to 7 days before the activity: 100% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the activity: no refund.
- Your registration may be transferred to another participant free of charge, subject to prior approval by the Belgian Cheerleading Federation.
- In the event of illness or injury, a credit voucher may be issued upon presentation of a valid medical certificate. Refunds will not be provided in this case.
- If the Belgian Cheerleading Federation cancels the activity, the full registration fee will be refunded or your registration may be transferred to a new date free of charge.
