Projectmanager sports & social impact project

We are looking for a project manager for a new sports project with social impact.

The project runs from February 2026 until December 2027 and focuses on sport, development and societal impact. The concrete content of the project will be communicated at a later stage.

About the role

As a project manager, you are the central point of contact within the project. You ensure structure, follow-up and alignment between all stakeholders. You monitor timelines and support the practical rollout of the different project phases. You will work closely together with a Dutch-speaking project manager to ensure a coherent national implementation of the project.

The role can be carried out fully remotely, with flexible working hours, planned around your own availability in coordination with the team.

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinating and following up the project throughout its full duration
  • Creating and monitoring project planning and deadlines
  • Aligning with partners, clubs, coaches and volunteers
  • Collaborating and coordinating with the French-speaking project manager
  • Providing practical and administrative support for project activities
  • Following up communication and reporting moments
  • Identifying challenges and actively thinking in solutions

Who are we looking for?

  • You work in a structured way and maintain a clear overview
  • You communicate clearly and fluently in Dutch (requirement)
  • You can work independently and take responsibility
  • You are comfortable working in a bilingual context
  • You have an affinity with sport and/or social impact projects
  • Experience in project work is a plus, but not required
