ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Substitutes must be registered with the team.
• An athlete who also coaches a team (within the same club) only pays the athlete registration fee, with no additional €5 coach fee.
• A Coach who is also an athlete will receive an athlete lanyard.
• Athletes and coaches who are members of multiple clubs must register separately for each club and will pay the registration fee twice.
• Each team may have a maximum of 5 entourage members, including coaches. Entourage = parents assisting, physiotherapist, photographer, etc..
• Only those listed on the team roster are permitted access to the warm-up area and the competition floor.
• No extra fee will be charged for coaching or helping multiple teams within one club
• EARLY BIRD: To benefit from the reduced price, registration must be completed by February 20, 2026. Between February 20 and March 20, changes are possible with a 30% modification fee per change. After March 20, no changes or refunds will be possible.
• NORMAL: Registration must be completed by March 20, 2026. After this date, no changes or refunds will be possible.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Registration opens on November 30. Participating teams must register via the club platform.

Clubplatform

• Go to the “Event” section
• Select your divisions and teams
• Check the names of athletes, substitutes, and coaches (edit if needed)
• Add the names of your entourage
• Indicate the number of event t-shirts per size (optional)
• Finalize your registration

Once registration is completed, no changes can be made. If you need to modify something, contact us via a message in the registration platform.

AFTER REGISTRATION

ATHLETES WITHOUT BELGIAN ID

Students or athletes living outside Belgium (but close to the border) must send a copy of their ID (front side only) + one of the following documents to julie@belgiancheer.be

• Proof of residence in Belgium (over 6 months)
• Proof of study at a Belgian educational institution (over 6 months)
• Proof that the Belgian club is the closest club to your home address
• Deadline: March 31, 2026

ICU European Doubles 2026

Any duo placing 1st or 2nd in the divisions below qualifies for the ICU European Doubles 2026 in Greece (October/November 2026):

• Senior double Pom en double Hip Hop 
• Junior double Pom en double Hip Hop
• Youth double Pom en double Hip Hop

ICU Europeans 2027

Any team placing 1st or 2nd in the divisions below qualifies for the European Championship 2027 in Sweden:

• Senior pom, hip hop en team cheer Premier divisions; 
• Junior: pom, hip hop en team cheer Advanced divisions; 
• Youth: pom, hip hop en team cheer Median divisions

International Cheerleading Cup 2027

Any team placing 1st or 2nd in the divisions below qualifies for the International Cheerleading Cup 2027 in the USA:

• Senior pom, hip hop en team cheer Elite en Premier divisions; 
• Junior pom, hip hop en team cheer Advanced divisions; 
• Youth pom, hip hop en team cheer Median divisions.
