COMMITTEE TEAM BELGIUM
Goal of the committee:
This committee coordinates the selection, preparation, support, and promotion of the national cheerleading teams representing Belgium at the World Championships.
The goal is to align all involved aspects – athletic, mental, logistical, financial, and communicative – and create a professional framework in which athletes can perform at their best.
Focus of the committee
- Develop a transparent selection procedure and communicate clearly with athletes and clubs
- Create a well-structured training plan with weekly sessions, training camps, and intensive prep weeks
- Organize both physical and mental preparation tracks for athletes and coaches
- Provide logistical support regarding flights, transport, accommodation, meals, and visa procedures
- Coordinate uniforms, training wear, and competition gear
- Set up fundraising initiatives and sponsorship actions
- Apply for available sports and government subsidies
- Promote Team Belgium through social media, media relations, and campaigns
- Prepare and support teams during the World Championship
- Evaluate the preparation and participation with feedback rounds and reporting

Work structure
- First meeting: September 2025
- Regular follow-ups (approximately once a month, online or hybrid)
- Ongoing coordination through the World Championship
- Evaluation meeting and final report: June 2026
