Content of the first session

The second session will be about: "How to Organize My Try-Outs?"

In this session, you will learn how to efficiently organize try-outs, from planning to selection. We will discuss evaluation criteria, structure, and how to set up a fair and motivating process. You will receive practical tips on assessing athletes effectively and providing transparent feedback.
