Cheer Stars - Judges Training

Would you like to contribute to the continued development of cheerleading and help ensure fair and high-quality competitions?

During the Cheer STARS Judges Training, you will learn how to apply the new evaluation system for the Novice and Primary divisions. After completing this training, you will be prepared to judge Cheer STARS competitions in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Whether you are already a judge, a coach, a former athlete, or simply interested in taking on a new role within the sport, everyone is welcome.

Course Content

Course Overview

During the training, you will learn about:

  • the philosophy behind Cheer STARS;
  • how the evaluation system is structured;
  • how stars are awarded;
  • how routines are evaluated objectively;
  • how to apply the scoring system correctly during competitions;
  • practical judging examples and scoring exercises.

Upon completion of the training, you will have the fundamental knowledge required to judge Cheer STARS competitions.

No previous judging experience is required.

Certificate

Participants who successfully complete the training will receive a certificate.

This training is mandatory to become a Cheer STARS judge.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you are unexpectedly unable to attend, the following conditions apply:

  • Up to 7 days before the activity: 100% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before the activity: no refund.
  • Your registration may be transferred to another participant free of charge, subject to prior approval by the Belgian Cheerleading Federation.
  • In case of illness or injury, a voucher may be issued upon presentation of a valid medical certificate. Refunds are not possible in this case.
  • If the Belgian Cheerleading Federation cancels the activity, the full registration fee will be refunded, or you may participate in a new date free of charge.
