Cancellation Policy Level Up

We understand that circumstances can change. Therefore, we apply the following cancellation policy.

Cancellation by the Participant

• Up to and including 14 October: full refund.
• Between 15 October and 23 October before the event: 50% refund of the registration fee.
• After 23 October: no refunds will be issued.

Participant Replacement

Unable to attend unexpectedly? You may transfer your registration to another participant free of charge. Replacements are possible up to and including Tuesday, 4 November, and must be communicated in advance by email to the Belgian Cheerleading Federation (info@belgiancheer.be).

Illness or Injury

If you are unexpectedly unable to attend due to illness or injury, the registration fee will not be refunded. Upon presentation of a valid medical certificate, the registration fee will instead be converted into a voucher equal to the full registration amount. This voucher can be used for a future training course or activity organised by the Belgian Cheerleading Federation (or its regional branches).

Cancellation by the Belgian Cheerleading Federation

If Level Up is cancelled by the Belgian Cheerleading Federation, all registered participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee paid.

Programme Changes

The Belgian Cheerleading Federation reserves the right to modify the programme, schedule, workshop allocation or speakers if circumstances require. In addition, workshops may be merged or cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
