GENERAL INFO

In preparation for the next 'Team Belgium' edition (ICU Worlds 2025), we are organizing skills days this season. These skills days aim at learning new techniques, upgrading skills and getting ready for the try-outs. It is also an ideal time to show your skills to the coaches in a relaxed setting. We recommend attending all skills days as this will allow you to make the most progress. Attending the skills days is not necessary to participate in the try-outs.

Upcoming skills days:

  • February 18, 2024: 9h30-13h - Antwerp
  • April 14, 2024: 9h30-13h - Aubel
  • May 26, 2024: 9h30-13h - Leuven

Additional info:

  • You register as a group of 3 or 4 athletes (3 for co-ed, 4 for all-girl). Exceptions are unfortunately not possible.
  • The Skills Days are open to athletes born in 2010 and older.
  • Only for athletes interested in participating in the try-outs for Team Belgium 2025.

During this skills day the coaches will mainly work on improving your technique in your skills. The skills you need to practice can be found in this document.
