This course is a sport-specific training that goes deeper into the technical and didactic aspects of coaching a cheerleading team. After this course, you will master the techniques to coach a team from level 3 to level 4.

There will also be a practical part. This will be divided into two parts: one part where you as athletes will be taught certain elements and one part where you can learn/practice to instruct certain skills in a small group.

This course includes the following topics:

  • Stunts from level 3 to level 4
  • Partner stunt
  • Tosses from level 3 to level 4
  • Tumbling elements of level 3 to level 4
