*For each additional routine there will be a charge of 5 euros per athlete.

Registration fee Coaches - Entourage

A maximum of 5 people per team are allowed as entourage, coaches count as entourage. Coaches and entourage must also register according to the registration procedure.

EARLY BIRD (Before March 1):

• 16 euros/coach entourage 

NORMAL (From March 1 to April 1): 

• 20 euros/coach-entourage 

EVENT T-SHIRT (price only through registration with the club)

• 23 euro/event t-shirt

Registration is available from 10th of november. Participating teams should register through the clubplatform via the club.

• Go to 'event'
• Select your division(s) + your team(s)
• Check the names of the athletes, substitutes and coaches (if necessary, you can still change them here)
• Add the names of the entourage
• Fill in the number of event t-shirts per size
• Complete your registration

For "EARLY BIRD"

• If you want to take advantage of the early bird price, you need to complete your registration no later than February 28, 2025.
• From March 1 to April 1, it is still possible to make changes via email and there will be a surcharge of 30% per change.
• After April 1, no changes can be made and no refunds are possible.

For "NORMAL"

• You must complete your registration no later than March 31, 2025.
• After April 1, no changes can be made and no refunds are possible.

Athletes without a Belgian identity card

Students or athletes who do not live in Belgium (e.g. near the border) must send a photocopy of their identity card (front only) + one of the following documents in advance to julie@belgiancheer.be.

• Proof of residence in Belgium (more than 6 months)
• Proof of studies in a Belgian educational establishment (over 6 months)
• Proof that the Belgian club is the closest club in the country of origin

Belgian Cheer Championship - Open

We are splitting this year's competition into the BCC Open and BCC. The BBC Open is the competition only for the group stunt and partner stunt categories. You can find the rulebook here.

Competition floor

The competition will take place on a professional competition floor.

• For Cheer, a square will be provided of 14m by 14m (7 tumbling lanes- NO jump floor).
• For Performance Cheer, a dance vinyl will be provided of 12m by 12m (8 dance lanes).

Official rules will be used, based on the European Cheer Union rulebook, prepared by the European Cheer Union. Here you can find the complete rulebook for the Belgian Cheer Championship. Make sure you read these rules completely before your participation. If you have any questions, you can ask them by sending an email to info@belgiancheer.be .

In these rules you can also find the scoresheets. These score sheets will be used by our professional and qualified jury, so you know how your routines will be judged.
